Return & Exchange

The return & exchange process can only be completed using the original invoice & in the presence of the Customer themselves or their official representatives.

Customer may return or exchange their purchases within fourteen (14) days from the receiving date; provided that the returned or exchanged products are in the original condition they were purchased in.

The Customer is not entitled to return or exchange opened and unpacked packages, used, damaged & improperly stored products, or products that were fabricated or installed at the Customer's site.

In case of returning purchases without replacement, the refund is done in the same payment method (Cash / Credit Card / Bank Cheque).

Return transportation can be requested for 25 KD, scheduled within 2 weeks from the return request.
